Introducing, Handled: Paris.
A 3-day business retreat with your favorite business coach (that’d be me) in the most inspiring city in the world. Come to the City of Light for three days of one-on-one business planning, prepping and pampering. You will hang with me for an inspiring 72 hours where we dig deep to access what you really want to get out of your business. You will get clarity, put some exciting fucking plans in motion and get support to ensure that your copy gets written and your project managed. The next chapter of your business and your life, in a word: handled. (And you’ll have fun while doing it. Oh yes, you will. Because Paris!).

Here’s the exciting itinerary:
  • This May, you board a plane, train, or automobile (by whatever means necessary) and get your ass to Paris, France.
  • You’ll check into the lovely five-star Hotel Castille on Rue Cambon (next door to Maison Chanel, in the heart of the 1st Arrondissement!), drop your bags, and have a nap and restful afternoon to recover from your travels (Queens need rest, boo).
  • Then you’ll freshen up and put on a pretty dress cause it’s time for a fabulous dinner for two at a chic and trendy (or classic and historic — you pick!) restaurant in my favorite city! That’s right, my dear: you, me, lovely Parisian atmosphere, good eats and great convo. We’ll talk about your business, your life and what you want to make sure you have HANDLED before you leave Paris.
  • The next day we’ll meet in the morning and make Paris our office for the day. We’ll spend the morning in a gorgeous space with a table, white board, sofa and lots of light (<– the official tools of the trade). Then we’ll get to handling things. We will map out the next phase of your business, your flagship product, your new service offerings, your team, your website, your [anything else you want]. We’ll do a mix of brainstorming, planning, coaching and brief exercises throughout the morning.
  • During lunch, we’ll go for a coaching walk along the Seine (the Seine!!), to talk through whatever fears are coming up as we plan your Next Big Move. Then we’ll head to a nearby bistro for a break. We’ll have a lovely lunch and talk business, travel, fashion, fitness, baking and anything else you fancy.
  • After our unrushed lunch, we’ll have another session of brainstorming, planning, coaching, and brief exercises that will take you steps closer to identifying and accomplishing your goals.
  • After a hard day’s work, you’ll head back to your gorgeous hotel for some restorative and relaxing alone time–you know, to let all the brilliance sink in. Enjoy room service on us!
  • The next morning we’ll meet for a café creme and croissants and another half-day session to work through the actual execution of your plans. We can write some copy, throw up a landing page, edit your bio, select videos for a speaking reel, crunch numbers, put together a job description, draft the outline for your product and/or craft a “you’re fired” letter for your least favorite clients.
  • After a productive morning of creation, we’ll have lunch on the Seine at famed French bistro, Le Voltaire. This classic French bistro is loved among the fashion industries’ icons. (Are you dying yet? Cause I am!)
  • Speaking of fashion, after lunch we’ll meet up with a photographer for a photo shoot with Paris as your backdrop! That’s right, you’ll go home with gorgeous photos of you to use with all of your new programs and products, on your website and in your marketing. Fantastic new photos that match your next phase of business: handled.
  • After our third day of coaching, creation and photo shooting, we’ll have a glass of champagne to toast all of your hustle and celebrate all of the exciting business plans you are about to set in motion.
  • On your final morning in Paris, you’ll have breakfast on your own (I’ll recommend a few of my favorite spots!) and I’ll bid you bonne journée with your heart full of excitement and your head full of incredible memories.

Here’s the post-retreat plan:

  • You’ll get access to my brilliant team to help you execute on all of the glorious plans we made in Paris together (email us anytime for the next 30 days)
  • We will project manage the hell out of the plans we made to get you from idea to done by your desired deadline. Whether you need to roll out a new service, fire some no-longer-loving-them customers, or launch a product, we can handle it all.  I’ll be by your side with my operations and marketing genius for a full 30 days.
  • Lyndsay, our Branding + Copywriting Connoisseur, will edit your sales page, come up with a fabulous new name for your awesome offers, and generally make your new business model shine. Lyndsay will lend her linguistic talents to your new offers and provide overall feedback and editing on your new copy (that you’ll probably wind up writing on the plane back home — cause you’ll be SO inspired, obvi.)
  • Last but not least, we’ll have a wrap-up call 30 days after our Parisian extravaganza to make sure you have everything you need to make your new business plans happen. I will also answer any last minute questions, provide clarity, clear blocks that will lead to procrastination, and generally provide a swift kick in the pants to hold you accountable to your dreams.

Do I get to choose my own hotel?

Part of the magic of the retreat is treating you like the badass CEO that you are, so let me handle the reservations. I have selected the Hotel Castille on Rue Cambon as the official hotel for Handled: Paris. You will love the location next door to 31 Rue Cambon, where legendary entrepreneur, Coco Chanel, housed her epic fashion brand. Hotel Castille, a five-star hotel, is also located near the legendary Champs-Elysees, Place Vendome, Place de la Concorde, Louvre Museum, Galeries Lafayette and more.

If you know my style, you can trust that this a fabulous home base for your trip to Paris. Of course, if you have any special needs or concerns regarding accommodation, let me know and I’ll take care of it!

What additional expenses will I incur?

Girl, you are covered. You are responsible for getting yourself to and from Paris and I will pretty much handle the rest. I’ll cover the accommodations, car service to get you around the city (as necessary), plus your breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I’ll also take care of the fabulous photo shoot! Lastly, we’ll have a special surprise or two along the way.


When will I actually get to come to Paris?

How are we gonna get everything done in three days?

Because this is what I’m good at! I’ve streamlined the process of planning and implementation and I have a talent for ferreting out the obstacles in a business and obliterating them with impressive speed. Plus, the three-day retreat in Paris is about getting you out of your everyday life. Getting you inspired and connected to what it is you want to do. You’ll work with me to identify your obstacles and your new big plans then you have 30 days to set them in motion with me and my team’s help.


What happens after my trip to Paris?

You’ll work with the Rodgers Collective Team to see your plans through. We’ll be available to you by email for any questions that pop-up along the way, you’ll get your copy and branding reviewed by our brilliant in house wordsmith and you’ll have a follow up coaching call with Rachel. We’ll work (virtually) by your side as you get things written, sequenced, edited, mapped out, priced, and executed. And we are gonna hold you to a 30-day deadline because we know that keeping up the momentum is important and when those 30 days are over, you’ll be so glad you did.


What if I have a lot of business goals or problems to solve?

Bring ‘em on. Your three days with me will be about identifying all the things that are holding you back–from strictly business issues (service offerings, revenue, etc.) to mindset matters. Identifying what’s wrong or what’s missing is half the battle. I’ll work with you to check as many things off your list in 30 days as possible. But, after working with me and my team for 30 days, you’ll have learned how to tackle the remainder of your list on your own. We’re gonna give you the fish, so to speak, but we’re also gonna teach you how how to fish. Get it?

Is the itinerary flexible at all?

Absolutely! This is your retreat and I want to accommodate your energy level, food preferences and any other needs as much as possible. That said, I specialize in making my clients feel fabulous so you can trust that I am putting together a retreat that will make you feel pampered and energized, while also ensuring that we can dive deep and do the work.
